We try our best to read every single email that comes in. Since we are a small team juggling content creation, site maintenance, and answering support tickets, it usually takes us about 24 to 48 hours to get back to you. We don't work much on weekends, so if you email us late on a Friday, expect a reply by Monday or Tuesday.
What Should You Email Us About?
Honestly, almost anything related to the site! But here are the most common reasons people reach out:
- General Queries: Not sure where to find the latest WBCHSE syllabus? Want to know if we cover a specific competitive exam? Ask away.
- Payment or Download Issues: If you bought a PDF and the download link broke, or your payment went through but the file didn't arrive, email us immediately. Include your transaction ID if you have it so we can fix it faster.
- Content Suggestions: Do you really want us to add mock tests for a specific upcoming exam? Think we should cover a certain topic in our current affairs section? We take user requests seriously.
- Technical Problems: If a page won't load, a quiz is acting glitchy, or you can't log into your account, let us know. Telling us what device and browser you're using really helps us track down the bug.
