How to File a Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any content on examuttoron.com infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To do this, please send an email to contact@examuttoron.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice".
Your notice must include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A clear description of the work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material: The exact URL(s) or a specific description of where the alleged infringing material is located on our website so we can find it.

Upon receiving a complete and valid takedown notice, we will investigate the claim and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification. Send an email to contact@examuttoron.com with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification".
Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the person who submitted the original complaint. If they do not notify us within 10-14 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
