Hi there! Before you dive into our study materials and mock tests, you need to read through these terms. By using examuttoron.com, you're agreeing to play by these rules. If you don't agree with something here, you probably shouldn't use the platform.
Setting Up Your Account
You might need to create an account to buy PDFs or take certain quizzes. When you do, give us accurate information. Don't use a fake email or pretend to be someone else. You're responsible for keeping your password safe. If you think someone else has gotten into your account, let us know immediately at contact@examuttoron.com. We won't be held responsible if someone messes with your account because you used a weak password or shared it with a friend.
Acceptable Use: Play Nice
Exam Uttoron is a place for learning. We expect everyone to treat the platform and other users with respect. Here's a quick list of things you definitely shouldn't do:
- Try to hack, scrape, or break our website. Leave the servers alone.
- Share your premium account details so five of your friends can use it for free.
- Post anything abusive, illegal, or spammy if we ever open up comment sections or forums.
- Use our content to build your own competing exam prep website.
If we catch you doing any of these, we might have to ban your account without warning.
Intellectual Property: Who Owns What
Everything you see on this site—the mock test questions, the articles, the custom graphics, the PDF layouts, the site design itself—belongs to Exam Uttoron. We put a lot of hard work into creating these resources. You can read them, download the ones you bought, and use them for your own personal study prep.
What you cannot do is copy our stuff, slap your name on it, and distribute it, whether for free or for money. No sharing our premium PDFs in Telegram groups. No copying our articles to your own blog. That's copyright infringement, and it's not cool.
Buying Digital Products
We sell digital study materials, mostly in PDF format. When you buy something, you get a license to use it for your personal studies. You don't own the copyright to the material itself.
Because these are digital files, things work differently than buying a physical book. Once you've downloaded the file, you have it forever. Make sure you read the product description carefully before you click buy. See our Refund Policy page for more specifics on how we handle purchase issues.
Payments and Pricing
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. We use PhonePe to process payments, so your financial details are handled securely by them. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time. Don't worry though, if you've already bought a PDF, we're not going to retroactively charge you more for it later.
Limitation of Liability
We work hard to make sure our study materials are accurate and helpful. However, we're human. Sometimes typos happen. Sometimes exam boards change their syllabus unexpectedly. We do not guarantee that using Exam Uttoron will result in a specific score or a guaranteed job placement. Our materials are a supplement to your hard work, not a magic bullet.
We also can't promise the website will be online 100% of the time without any glitches. Sometimes servers go down. By using the site, you accept that we aren't liable for any direct or indirect damages that might happen because the site was down or a piece of content had an error.
Governing Law
Exam Uttoron is based in West Bengal, India. These terms are governed by Indian law. If we ever get into a serious legal dispute (which we sincerely hope never happens!), it will be handled in the courts of West Bengal.
Changes to These Terms
We can change these terms whenever we need to. Maybe we add a new feature that needs some ground rules, or maybe the law changes. When we update this page, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after we've posted changes, that means you accept the new rules.
